15th December 05 When syncronising for a network the management box should not be ticked, as it can cause the program to loose hours and lock out. This is because of recent updates to the program being addressed

A couple of invaluable tips today to make your drawing faster.

1/ Are you having trouble with names in the "CONSTRAINTS" catalogue. Change its language. Open "setup>catalogues>mobiscript"
"File>open" then open "@constraints" say no to the caution note that pops up.
click on "catalogue>Information..."
change the working language from "FRA" to "ENG"
click OK and "Save"
Others that can be changed like this are those with the @ in front of their name. This fix will not improve your French, but probably make working easier.

2/ Add extra icons to the tool bar. Double click on a blank part of the tool bar, (next to the Word icon)
in the customise toolbar add extra buttons. I like the Automatic linear articles and tiling, rectangle, Delete current shape, Delete all shapes, and Circular cutting off of corners.
If there is no room with your screen size compensate, by removing the ones you dont use. like cut (ctrl x) copy (ctrl c) paste (ctrl v} save (ctrl s) print (ctrl p)

January 28th tip. To position an item exactly another way is to select the shape tool, start at the point you want as a datum and drag out the line in the direction you want. Type in the distance and enter. Click on the finish point to finish. Go to "place", "dimension along a shape" and select. your finish point is now snapable as well as dimensioned.
